Pastor Henry N. Isichei

General Superintendent


Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. He started his career as a staff of Belview Airlines, London (UK) office. He left Belview Airlines in December due to family relocation to Dublin, Ireland. He later took up a position as accounts manager at United Parcel Service (UPS) Ireland move on to Startoil Ireland as a sales manager and left the oil company to start up a private business in 2002.

Henry received the commission for what we know today as Divine Overcomers Pentecostal Assembly with specific instruction to plant the Nigeria, Sagamu in particular. He as human he is, questioned God for such directive; if at all Nigeria is to be the pioneering church why not Lagos, Port Harcourt or Abuja. After waiting upon the Lord, he took off and landed in Lagos where he started the church at Opebi, Ikeja but God keeps reminding him that he is yet to take up the mandate prepared for him.

He spend some weeks in Opebi and he finally finds his way to Sagamu which will be his first time coming to Sagamu, Ogun State though he do pass through the outer part of that town when travelling to the Eastern part of Nigeria. He started with weekend open air crusade at Akarigbo Road immediately after Access Bank Adj. Zenith Bank. He faithfully did that for a number of weeks before God miracle provide where the church later started at Agura Road, before Agura Palace in 2013.

He is a father of four (Dr. Michael, Raymond, Christiana and Uchechukwu); a grandfather and a husband of one wife. He currently ministers in all the branches of DOPA Ireland, Lagos and Sagamu.

Pastor Lucy E. Isichei

Host Pastor, DOPA Republic of Ireland


Lucy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) a leading institution of higher learning in Ireland. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Project Management from Dublin City University (DCU) Ireland, a Nursing Student in UK who had attended several other training and courses both in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

She is the Resident Pastor of DOPA in Dublin who had served in other leadership capacities in RCCG, and Gospel Faith Mission Ireland. Lucy is a mother of four and a grandmother.

Pastor Chukwuebuka Ezeh

DOPA General Youth Pastor


Ebuka is a certificated Human Resources Manager and a Personnel Productive Manager from Enterprise Development Centre (Pan Atlantic University), he was a Student of Christ the Redeemers’ Ministries (School of Disciples), he is currently a Psychology Student of University of Ibadan and a student of Global College of Ministry.

He was trained in Foursquare Gospel Church as a Christian Worker and he rose to the position of Head Usher of Old Osogbo District before he relocated to Calabar, Cross River State in 2013. He re-enrolled for RCCG Workers-In-Training Programme where he graduated in 2014 and become a Pioneering Head Usher of RCCG Praise Parish, under Magnificence Area/Zone.

He also served as worker in Royal House of Grace International Church, Government Land Parish Abonnema, River State. He is currently working with a team for Divine Overcomers Pentecostal Assembly Campus Fellowship at University of Ibadan.

Minister Tope Oluwadare

DOPA General Administrator


Tope is an enthusiastic music and he showcase through his music involvement in Churches and Schools. He is a coach and trainer who can virtually play almost every form of instrument. Tope is the Director of Studies at Jubal College of Music Sagamu, Ogun State; Director of Music at Divine Overcomers Pentecostal Assembly and he have other churches that he also anchor their music and/or choir department.

Tope holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and currently work at Trinity International College, Ofada, Ogun State. He is happily married to Oluwatobiloba Oluwadare and there are blessed with two boys and a lovely daughter.

Pastor Ndubuisi Tony Ngene

Resident Pastor, DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State


Tony is the Resident Pastor of DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria, he is happily married to Maureen Adanna Ngene.

Pastor John U. Eze

Resident Pastor, DOPA Ofin Ikorodu, Lagos


John is the Resident Pastor of DOPA Ofin, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. He is happily married to Joy Eze and they are blessed with two children (Unique and Innocent).

Pastor Olusegun Oladapo

Associate Pastor, DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State


Segun is the Associate Pastor of DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is the Yoruba Interpreter and Head Technical Department of the Church.

He is happily married to Ada Oladapo and they are blessed with five lovely daughter (Tobiloba, Uniquefavour, Testimony, Miracle and Osinach).

Pastor Henry Eze

Pastor (Music), DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State


Henry is one of the leading Pastors of DOPA Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria. He is in chair of the Music Department of the church where he works hand in hand with the Church Administrator.

He is happily married to Happiness Eze and they are blessed with two lovely daughters (Chidera and Ngozi).
